You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use our services.

By submitting a request, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate.
• You have permission to submit another person's contact information when appropriate.
• You will not use the platform for harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or illegal activities.
• You will not submit false or misleading information.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a call will be completed.

One Call Away reserves the right to decline or cancel any request that:

• Promotes hate or violence
• Is abusive
• Is fraudulent
• Invades another person's privacy
• Violates applicable laws

Some calls may be recorded for quality, training, promotional, or storytelling purposes.

Where legally required, consent will be obtained before any recording is used publicly.

Participants may decline being recorded.

Our prank calls are intended solely for entertainment.

We do not publish prank calls without obtaining any required permissions or consent under applicable law.

We reserve the right not to proceed with any prank request.

Where applicable:

• All prices are listed before payment.
• Payments are generally non-refundable once a service has been completed.
• Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

All website content including:

• Logos
• Videos
• Audio
• Designs
• Graphics
• Text

belongs to One Call Away unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

By submitting stories, messages, photos, or other content, you grant One Call Away a non-exclusive license to use, edit, publish, and display that content in connection with our services, unless otherwise agreed.

While we strive to create positive experiences, we cannot guarantee every call will produce a particular emotional outcome.

One Call Away is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
